A customer has kindly shared feedback after using our app, highlighting two main concerns:

Apple Pencil Usability:

The customer found it inconvenient to require a mouse for drag and drop, expressing a strong preference for supporting Apple Pencil interactions—especially for drag-and-drop features.

Store Performance/Lag:

Since installing the app, they experienced some lag in their store, possibly related to keeping the app open continuously.
